Free Invisible Counter

A free invisible counter is a great marketing tool.  A free invisible counter is not a traditional marketing tool in the sense that it’s not going to directly increase exposure or bring you leads but it most definitely will help you convert more traffic into sales from an indirect method.  For those of you who don’t know what a free invisible counter is, it’s a web tracking tool.  A free invisible counter is a web tracking tool that uses an invisible counter code to track all web site traffic and visitor behavior.  A free invisible counter is the guts of iWebTrack’s web tracking tool.  Without our free invisible counter code we could not accurately track all of our customers site traffic.  Before using a free invisible counter code, iWebTrack (like so many other web analytics companies) used cookies to track their web site traffic.  The problem with this is that as time went on, a large percentage of internet users started blocking their cookies which meant that any web analytics company tracking with cookies were underreporting.  iWebTrack quickly remedied this issue but implementing the free invisible counter code.  iWebTrack offers both a javascript free invisible counter code as well as an asp version.  The choice as to which free invisible counter code you use is completely up to you, but the javascript code is more widely used as it is simpler to use.  For more information on iWebTrack’s web tracking program and/or to start tracking your web site traffic with a free invisible counter code visit www.iwebtrack.com.
