Why does iWebTrack use a web page counter script?  Why can’t you just track cookies?  In the past, web tracking companies didn’t use web page counter script because they did track cookies.  After a while this became a problem because more and more internet users started blocking cookies.  Blocked cookies led to underreporting.  This underreporting is avoided when you use a web page counter script, which is why iWebTrack emphasizes the importance of web page counter script.

iWebTrack uses two types of web page counter script.  We offer a javascript web page counter script in addition to an asp web page counter script.  The choice as to which web page counter script you would like to use is completely up to you.  We do not dictate the type of web page counter script you put up on your pages so long as you put up some web page counter script.
